I started cobblers Northwest to keep tradition and craftsmanship going into the future. We take pride in the fact that we have over 75 years of experience, with some of the previous great staff staying on so we can work together to create one stop quality craftsmanship experience while teaching for the future.

Hiking & Mountaineering Boots

Resoling, rand repair, rand replacement, and midsole restoration for trail and technical mountain boots. We work with Vibram and other premium sole materials.

Your boots take a beating so you don’t have to. We rebuild them from the ground up — so the next summit is still within reach.

Telemark Boots

Sole replacement, buckle repair, and structural restoration for telemark and backcountry ski boots. Keep your backcountry setup dialed.

Telemark boots are an investment. We treat them that way — with proper materials and repairs built to handle everything the PNW backcountry can throw at them.

Birkenstock Sandals

Cork restoration, footbed replacement, strap repair, and resole for Birkenstocks and similar comfort sandals.

Birkenstocks get better with age — until they don’t. We restore the cork, replace the straps, and resole the footbed so you can keep wearing your most comfortable pair.

Rock Climbing Shoes

Rand repair, resole, and toe patch work for climbing shoes. We use sticky rubber compounds trusted by serious climbers.

A worn rand or delaminated sole doesn’t mean retirement. Bring your broken-in shoes back to the crag instead of breaking in a new pair.

Sewing and Zipper Repair

Broken zippers, torn seams, detached soles, and stitching failures on boots, bags, and leather goods. We sew and repair what most shops turn away.

A blown seam or stuck zipper shouldn’t sideline your favorite gear. We use industrial equipment and heavy-duty thread to make repairs that hold — through seasons, not just weeks.
