We’re a full-service shoe and boot repair shop — resoling, heel work, stitching, stretching, conditioning, and the kind of rebuild that gives a good pair another decade. Whether you’re around the corner or across the country, here’s what opening day means for you.
If you’re in the Seattle area
Come in and bring your shoes. We’re accepting repair work from day one. Stop by, take a look at the shop, talk to us about what your pair needs, and leave them with us. No appointment, no prep — just walk in.

If you’re mailing your shoes in
A lot of you found us from outside Washington, and mail-in repair has been the most common question in our inbox. It’s coming, and it’s close.
Mail-in opens shortly after September 5th
We’re finishing the last pieces now — prepaid shipping labels, tracking you can follow, and an intake form that tells us exactly what your shoes need before they arrive. We’d rather launch it working than launch it early.
Please hold on to your shoes until we announce it. Anything mailed before the system is live can’t be logged or tracked properly, and we don’t want to lose track of a pair you care about.
We’ll post the link here and email everyone on our notification list the moment it’s ready.
What’s next
September 5 is a soft opening — doors open, work coming in, no fanfare. We’ll be planning something bigger later in the month once we’ve found our footing. Details to follow.
