We will not be accepting any repair work at this time. The Work Order Form will appear below once we open our shop at the end of June or early July. Be sure to sign up for the mailing list to be notified of the opening date and then you can return here to submit your work request.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to serving you!

Work Order Process

Take Photos

Take several clear photos showing your boots or shoes from multiple angles — top, sides, sole, and any areas needing repair. More detail helps us give you the most accurate quote.

Fill Out Work Order

Complete the online work request form. Describe the repair or service you need in as much detail as possible, then upload your photos and submit.

Receive Confirmation

After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your unique work order number. Our team will review your request and may reach out if we need any clarification.

Review Quote and Print Work Order

We’ll email you a detailed quote for the work. Once you’re ready to proceed, print the quoted work order and place a copy inside the box with your footwear before shipping.

Pack & Ship

Ship your footwear to our shop along with the printed work order inside the box. Make sure to include your return address for shipment back to you.

Important: Remove laces and insoles before packing and keep them with you. Also note that your items may not be returned in the same box you shipped them in, so do not send a box you may want back.

Provide Payment & Work Begins

Once your footwear arrives at our shop, we’ll go over the items and further assess the work needed. We can give you a fairly accurate quote with pictures but until we touch and feel the boots to know exactly what we have to do then we may need to revise the estimated cost and we will email or call you. Also keep in mind that some things are not repairable and some things are expensive to repair and may not be in your interest to have them fixed.

Your Footwear Returns

When the work is complete, we’ll ship your restored footwear directly back to you at the return address you provided. Good as new — maybe better.
